Criteria for Admission to different subject Groups
|
| Candidates must have minimum marks as indicated below in the respective subjects in the last examination held at their school. (Half Yearly / Term Average) |
| Group A |
Passed in all the subjects with at least 65% marks in
English – 65% , Maths – 65%, Science – 65%

| Group B |
Passed in all the subjects with at least 60% marks in
English – 65%, Maths – 65% , Science- 65%
|
| Group C |
Passed in all the subjects with at least 60% marks in aggregate
English – 65% , Maths – 65%
|
Students from ICSE schools only to apply.
Note:
1) Attested photocopies of the Report card of class IX and X (last exam).
2) Admissions will be purely on the basis of merit.

- Applicants for Nursery must be born between 1st July 2008 to 30th June 2009 ( No relaxation in age will be permitted). The Date of Registration of Birth must be within the First Year of the Candidate's Birth.
- The Birth Certificate issued only by the Government Certified Authorities will be accepted.
- The Birth Certificate in English or Hindi only, will be accepted.
- In case the Birth Certificate of a child has been issued by the Gram Panchayat, it will be accepted only if it is duly signed and stamped in Form No. 5 by the Panchayat Sewak of the concerned Panchayat only.
- Affidavits or Horoscope will not be accepted.
- The Original Birth Certficate must be produced during the submission of forms for verification and it will be returned on the same day.
- Two recent passport size photographs of the child, one to be pasted on the formin the space provided, the second one will be issued for Admit Card.
- Photograph of the Parents along with the child to be pasted on the form in the space provided.
- 25% of the seats will be reserved for BPL Category. While applying they should produce the " RED CARD " in ORIGINAL and an attested copy of the " RED CARD "to be given. No Birth Certificate is required.
- Admission Form is FREE for BPL Category.
The exact date & time for the Lottery will be given with the Admit card. Kindly bring the Admit card along at the time of lottery & please preserve the Admit card till the process is over.
