Horizon 2011 -  Every year, we at Gulmohur High School salute the theme selected by the UNO. Horizon is a unique inter-school event organized by us to help students learning and enjoyment meet consisting of exhibition, activities & programmes on a particular theme. The chief guest to enhance the beauty of this programme was Mrs Surekha Nerurkar – a noted social worker. About 14 schools watched and took part in all the activities. The entire programme was a fusion of the African tribes and Indian tribes. Instead of removing people from forests and other habitats we should realize that forest dwelling people offer an insight into how humans can live in harmony with nature. The theme ‘Tribal Harmony’ was well appreciated by the guests & committee members for the spectacular efforts put in by the teachers, students & parents of Gulmohur Primary School.
